We design every water transfer job based on customer specifications to ensure the desired flow rate is achieved with the right field technicians and equipment to deliver superior reliability and uptime. Routes, crossings, pumps, filter units, and automated monitoring and control systems are optimized for distance, elevation, logistics, and rate.

Each year, our AquaXPT™ water management division safely and reliably delivers more than 200 million barrels of water for Permian Basin drilling and frac operations. Noteworthy jobs include supplying 200 bpm to a location 7.8 miles from the water pit, supplying a 10-mile line from a water source to a drilling rig, and transferring water over a route with a 160-ft elevation climb over a 6-mile transfer.

12-in. layflat hose

Layflat hose

We offer 150-psi thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) layflat 10-in. and 12-in. hose capable of large volumes and high rates. The durable and flexible piping simplifies mobilization, installation, and rig-down operations to ensure quick start-up and tear-down times.

Transfer pumps

Our fleet includes 10 in. x 8 in. 600-hp, 10 in. x 8 in. 325-hp, and 6 in. x 6 in. 175-hp pumps. Pumps can be daisy-chained to optimize performance.

Filtration

Our modular, dual pod filtration units are capable of delivering 100 bpm.

Automation

Our SCADA-based AquaXPT automated control system and distribution manifold ensure full remote control and monitoring of water management operations. High/low pump alarms and water levels are monitored in real-time on location via a cellular network. Dashboard data is displayed in the AquaXPT control unit and can be viewed by onsite and remote operator and service company personnel.

The AquaXPT automated manifold allows the operator to monitor and manage the blend of fresh and reclaimed water on the fly and enables the system to control tank levels based on set criteria. Transfer pumps automatically shut down in the event of sudden pressure loss.
